Getting tutorials ready for college students when they go back, and also getting to grips with Maya, after years of using 3ds max. Set myself a project – modelling and animating. Initially a butterfly, and then something more complex to rig etc. Quite like the interface, good to get back to 3D work too, and enjoying using my laptop to access Maya. I hope the students have as much fun when they start. Hope to have it rendered and animated properly later and will post the results. Also got a side project on which I’ll post later which is more illustrative based. Can’t wait to set up some screenprinting sessions and get going with it all.
